Financial education is one of the most effective ways to take control of your life. Find out how you can create stability, peace of mind, and confidence in your life.
Small Habits, Big Impact
Before you can take your wealth-building journey to the next level, it's important to reflect on a few key questions. These will serve as the foundation for your strategic plan, and revisiting these questions each year is a powerful habit that will help you stay focused and resilient through challenges.
Dream. Design. Do.
A house is only as strong as the ground beneath it. So is your financial life. Build a strong financial foundation to protect against life’s inevitable setbacks.
The more solid a foundation you build, the higher and sturdier your mountain can be. Tailor your approach based on your unique goals, risk tolerance level, and life circumstances.
Regularly reassess these factors, especially after major life events.
Foundations Set. It’s Time to Build Wealth.
Now that you understand your goals and have built a solid financial foundation, it’s time to focus on building your financial wealth and independence.
Everyone’s journey is unique, shaped by their own life, specific goals, and varying risk tolerance levels. There is no universal order for the steps in this section. What matters is ensuring consistent progress.
Preparing for your future isn’t just wise—it’s an act of love.
“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.” Proverbs 13:22
This checklist will help ensure your legacy documents are up-to-date for your loved ones.
Other Financial Worksheets
I have tried monthly no-spend challenges many times, only to have a cheat day, and then feel I failed and quit. Use this 30-day no-spend challenge worksheet instead.
The goal is to reach 30 days as quickly as possible, but if you slip up, you don’t have to feel like you've failed. Just pick it up the next day to continue toward your goal of 30 days of no spending, and be sure to track your savings progress!
Build momentum and grow your savings one simple step at a time. Each day, add the amount shown on the sunflower to a cash envelope or your savings account. Stay consistent for all 100 days, and you’ll finish with $5,050 saved. A cheerful, easy‑to-follow challenge that turns small daily actions into big financial progress.
Choose between two designs, counting up from 1-100 or counting down from 100-1.
*Reminder: Most don’t get paid daily, so completing this challenge in 100 consecutive days isn’t always realistic, and that’s completely okay. The goal is simply to finish all 100 days, even if it takes you longer than 100 days.

Stock Up Lists
These downloadable spreadsheets can help ensure you have any necessary items you use on hand to get through the upcoming season or preferred time period.
Choose between the printable PDF or the editable Excel versions.
Use this PDF to ensure you have all necessary items on hand so you will not run out at the most inconvenient times.
Use this editable Excel version of the Supply Stock Up List to ensure you have all necessary items on hand so you will not run out at the most inconvenient times.
Use this blank PDF version of the vitamins and medications stock up list to use to ensure you will have all necessary vitamins and medications on hand to help you get through the next season.
Use this editable Excel spreadsheet to ensure you will have all necessary medication and vitamins you use, so you will not run out when needed.
I use these lists on a 6-month rotation to get us through the upcoming season. For my location that would be fall/winter=October-March and spring/summer=April-September. I will print out a copy of these spreadsheets in August to start working on ensuring I have supplies on hand to get us through the fall and winter seasons, and then again, I will print out a copy of these spreadsheets in February to ensure I have supplies on hand to get us through the spring and summer seasons. However, you can use these for any time period you prefer.

Bug Out Bags / Go Bags
A bug-out bag, go-bag, or 72-hour bag is a bag kept ready for quick evacuation if needed. This can be for any reason such as a natural disaster, fire, civil unrest, or any other type of emergency. This is not a fancy template, but it’s functional to help you easily remember the contents in your Go Bags and see when items should be rotated.
This can be reviewed yearly (or any other time frame you see fit), specifically checking the expiration dates and highlighting what needs to be updated. There is also a "date packed" column for items without expiration dates that you may still want to exchange periodically.

Meal Planning / Shopping Lists
Grocery shopping is where most people blow their budgets. Use the templates below to plan your meals and keep your shopping trips organized.
Do you ever feel frustrated and overwhelmed before bed trying to remember and do all that you need before the next day? Without a to-do list, I can feel like I just went in circles and then I go to bed worrying if I got everything done. I found using a simplified list like this has helped keep me on task and ensures I got the necessities done to help keep my home running smoothly. This has helped me sleep better at night as I know there is less chance for the next morning to be crazy with trying to do chores that I forgot to do the night before.
I hope this Meal Plan and To Do List can benefit you and your home as well. Simply print and write in your menu plan and the necessary chores that will help keep your home running smoothly.
This meal-planning grocery list comes with a section to list your planned meals along with a column to notate what meals each grocery list item is designated for. This way, if an item is unavailable, you can decide on alternatives or omissions without compromising recipes. An "Errands/To Do" list at the top corner helps you remember weekly tasks. This list can be folded lengthwise for easier carrying when out shopping.
I hope this printable meal-planning grocery list helps you stay organized and makes your shopping trips smoother.
*To complete the order for your download, you must enter a name and billing address. Unfortunately, based on the information I've found, I am unable to disable this requirement for digital products. Feel free to enter any address the system accepts, as the billing address isn’t essential to me.
*I use Office365, and some users have experienced issues with my editable worksheets. I hope they work for you or at least provide the information you need. If you encounter any problems, please let me know. While I’m not very tech-savvy, I’ll do my best to help resolve any issues.
I fully understand that educators and creators deserve to be paid for the work they pour into their lessons, tools, and printables, but it has always felt heavy on my heart that the people who need this information the most are often the ones who can least afford it. I’ve been there and understand that even a small cost can feel like a huge barrier when you’re trying to get back on your feet.
That’s why I’m committed to keeping many of my resources free. My goal is to help as many people as I can, without adding to the financial pressure they’re already facing.
If you ever feel led to support this mission, there’s a “Buy Me a Dr. Pepper” link below. It’s never expected, never required, but always appreciated. Every contribution (no matter the size) helps me continue creating tools that empower, educate, and encourage others on their financial journey.
